Welcome to the annual flagship convention, our International Conference on Materials Science and Engineering. The conference will be held during September 26-29, 2023 and is hosted in one of the country’s leading industrial cities, Nagoya. Whilst choosing our venue we kept in mind availability of the best possible facilities as well as ease of access. We hope our attendees will appreciate not only our selection of venue but the dates.
The official Language of the conference is English. Unfortunately, translation and interpreting services will not be available.
The average temperature in Nagoya in September for a typical day ranges from a high of 81°F (27°C) to a low of 67°F (20°C). Some would describe it as pleasantly warm with a gentle breeze. Visitors traveling to Nagoya should plan on bringing a totally waterproof coat since it will often be raining. However, also bring your summer cloths because it can be very warm or even hot.
We encourage participants to dress comfortably in casual business attire. Meeting room temperatures may vary, so wear layered clothing to ensure personal comfort.
Please arrive at the conference room at least 30 minutes before your session begins. As there may be changes to the conference program this allows participants to be notified in a timely manner. Although there is free Wi-Fi in the conference room, electrical outlets will not be available for use due to safety reasons. As a courtesy to speakers and other participants, mobile phones must be turned to silent before entering the sessions. As the event will be professionally photographed, if you are taking photos, please turn off your flash. The distribution of advertising messages in any form is strictly prohibited, except for our exhibitors/sponsors.
