Kindly ensure you reach the conference room a minimum of 30 minutes prior to the commencement of your session. This early arrival allows for timely notification in case there are any modifications to the conference program. While complimentary Wi-Fi is accessible within the conference room, electrical outlets are unavailable for use as a safety precaution.
